About Numerovia

Numerovia turns your name and date of birth into your personal numerology chart — your Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge and the other core numbers — then an AI Oracle writes a personalised daily reading, year forecast and compatibility match in plain language.

How it works: the numbers themselves are calculated in your browser from the details you enter. For the written readings, your first name and those calculated numbers are sent to our AI provider to compose the text — your readings are not stored on our servers. (See Privacy.)

Privacy

Numerovia is operated by Pharoah Technology Ltd (UK, company no. 17220127). No account is needed. We show no ads, use no third-party trackers, and we never sell your data.

Your name and date of birth are used in your browser to calculate your numerology, and saved only in your device's local storage so the app remembers you — they are not kept on our servers.

AI Oracle readings: to write a personalised reading, only your first name and your calculated numbers (not your full name or date of birth) are sent to our AI providers to generate the text. We use it only to create your reading and do not store it; the AI providers process it under their own terms.

Our hosting (Cloudflare) briefly processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the service. To enforce the free daily limit we keep, in our database, a daily count against a keyed hash of your connection's address (IPv6 addresses by their network block); the address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be turned back into it without our secret key. Lawful basis: providing the service you ask for.

Premium (on the web): payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or keep your card details. Your Premium licence is a signed code kept in your device's local storage. It carries your Stripe subscription and customer references, so the app can check with Stripe that the subscription is still active and let you cancel it, and nothing else about you.

You can delete your data at any time by clearing the app's storage in your browser, or by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk).

The free version reveals all 9 core numbers and includes 3 AI readings a day per connection, shared across the Oracle, Today and Match. Premium on the web (£8.99/month) gives up to 1,000 AI readings a month (the count resets on the 1st) and the full month-by-month year forecast. Premium lives on the device you activate it on; the restore link shown after payment re-activates it on another device or after clearing your browser. On the web you can cancel anytime in the app (Profile → Premium → Cancel subscription) or by emailing us. The Google Play app is a one-off purchase and is not a subscription.

Refunds & cancellation

Numerovia is free to start. Premium on the web is £8.99/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime in the app (Profile → Premium → Cancel subscription) or by emailing us — cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If Premium is missing from a device after you paid, use your restore link or email us and we will restore it the same day.

If something has gone wrong, or you were charged in error, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk within 14 days and we'll put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
